-- A 16-YEAR-OLD BELOIT GIRL, at 1:05 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Center, 210 E. Highway 14, Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of battery by prisoner. She is accused of punching a 14-year-old girl in the face, scratching her face and pulling her hair.
-- ZACHARY E. LOEBRKA, 17, of 3717 Park View Drive, Janesville at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday at home on charges of burglary and theft.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ANTHONY G. SCHABOW, 18, of 408 Allen St., Clinton, at 3:02 a.m. Saturday at Milwaukee Road and Hart Drive, Clinton. He also was cited for underage person transporting intoxicants, underage drinking and a probation hold.
-- RONNIE D. THOMAS, 49, Janesville, at 12:03 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, in the 1000 block of 4th Street, Brodhead. It is listed as his third intoxicated driving arrest.
-- JOSEPH P. JURIC, 37, Janesville, at 1:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 23, in the 900 block of 3rd Street, Brodhead. He also was cited for speeding.
-- ERIC J. SHINKUS, 34, of 10045 E. County X, Clinton, at 8:42 p.m. Saturday on County X, one-half mile east of Carvers Rock Road in Clinton Township. The arrest was listed as his second intoxicated driving arrest.
-- JEWITT L. WHITE, 25, of 17431 W. Milbrandt Road, Evansville, at 8:50 a.m. Aug. 23 on Highway 104 just south of Elmer Road in Union Township, charged with operating under the influence of a controlled substance. Also cited for speeding.
-- JORDAN T. BRIGGS, 23, of 2126 N. Wright Road, Janesville, at 1:18 a.m. Saturday on Highway 59 at Jacobs Drive in Milton Township. Also cited for speeding.
-- JESSE J. PARISI, 24, Madison, at 11:57 p.m. Saturday on Highway 51 at Lois Lane in Fulton Township. Also cited for operating after suspension.
-- JARED M. SPAETH, 27, of 6708 W. Woodridge Drive, Janesville, at 1:54 a.m. Saturday on Woodridge Drive just west of County H in Center Township.
-- BURGLARY to a home in the 2400 block of Winthrop Drive, Janesville, reported at 3:57 p.m. Saturday.
-- BURGLARY to a home on Grove School Road in Newark Township, reported at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25. Jewelry was reported stolen.
-- BURGLARY to a garage on West Sunny Lane, Rock Township, reported Thursday. Taken were two queen-sized Aerobed air mattresses and a tool battery.
-- BURGLARY to a residence at 2217 E. Huebbe Parkway, Beloit, reported Wednesday, Aug. 25. Taken were several items, including a Compaq laptop computer valued at $1,500.
-- BURGLARY to a shed on West Happy Hollow Road, Rock Township, reported Thursday. Taken was a Makita chainsaw valued at $200.
-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 10000 block of North Ellendale Road in Fulton Township, reported Thursday. Taken were a 42-inch plasma TV valued at $450, a lifejacket and two bottles of perfume.
-- HIGHWAY 140 AND LAKE SHORE DRIVE, Clinton Township, at 3:37 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23. A vehicle driven by Anthony J. Noe, 25, of 2202 S. Hawthorne Park Drive, Janesville, was stopped westbound on Lake Shore Road at the stop sign and entered the intersection where he struck a southbound vehicle driven by Katelyn A. Kane, 18, of 409 Allen St., Clinton. Kane was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. Noe was cited for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign. One of the five passengers in his vehicle, Claudia V. Madrigal, 35, of 750 Oak St., No. 1, Beloit, was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
-- PEASE COURT AND NORTH PARKER DRIVE, Janesville, at 3:15 p.m. Sunday. A motorcycle driven by Jennifer H. Parness, 31, of 12558 Thistle Ridge Ct., Roscoe, Ill., was turning south from Pease Court onto North Parker Drive, when she lost control of the motorcycle, tipping it. Parness was transported for treatment of a knee injury. Her condition was not immediately available.
