WCLO's Steve Benton reports the Rock County Sheriff's Office will be putting an arson investigation on the back burner soon
ROCK COUNTY The Rock County Sheriff's Office is wrapping up its investigation into the fire at the Gun Club restaurant.
The popular Beloit area eatery sustained over $1-million in damage August 7th in what appears to be an attempt to cover up a burglary.
Sheriff's Captain, Todd Christiansen says he has a couple more interviews to conduct, but at this time there is not enough evidence to make any arrests.
He says the matter will go dormant if no other evidence is obtained, but it will be reviewed periodically.

OkieFed, if you're sitting on evidence, please call 911 and forward that to the authorities. If not, you're just blowing smoke.
