WCLO's Steve Benton reports the Metropolitan Restaurant is the first Janesville venue for the Beloit International Film Festival

RSS

— The Beloit International Film Festival is expanding its screening venues into Janesville.

The operators of the fest have tapped the Metropolitan Restaurant at 20 South Main as the first screening venue in Janesville.

The site for Janesville's "Reveal Party" January 20th is the Olde Towne Mall. Co-owners, Jackie Wood and Jim Grafft and Best Events Catering are hosting the event. The movie line-up for BIFF will be announced at the Reveal Party.

Wood says she's been involved with BIFF from the beginning and likes how Janesville and Beloit are becoming closer by sharing in these types of events.

The 6th annual BIFF will be held February 17-20.
