-- FORGERY reported at 11:44 a.m. Wednesday at Janesville Educational Credit Union, 2330 Kennedy Road, Janesville.
-- PARKING LOT IN THE 200 BLOCK OF DODGE STREET, Janesville. Friday, Nov. 5, a car driven by Rosemarie L. Clark, 74, of 3716 Randolph Road, Janesville, collided with a pedestrian, Arlene Johnson, 84, of 1702 S. River Road, Janesville. Johnson was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
-- HIGHWAY 11 AND FOOTVILLE HANOVER ROAD, Footville, at 7:12 p.m. Monday, a car driven by Katherine L. Mielke, 31, of 11436 N. Dondor Road, Edgerton, and a sport utility vehicle driven by Sandra L. Gassman, 60, Illinois, collided in the intersection. Mielke was ticketed for failure to yield from a stop sign. Mielke and Gassman were treated and released from Mercy Hospital.
