-- JOHN R. FOWLER, 49, Monroe, at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Exchange Street, Brodhead, on charges of burglary, theft and harassment. The charges stem from an incident Monday when Fowler allegedly entered a home of a woman he knows and removed items without her permission and made threats against her. Reported taken was a framed image of the Last Supper.

-- KRYSTIAN K. SIODA, 17, of 2321 Woodruff Blvd., Janesville, at 5:45 p.m. May 6, at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Center, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of burglary and party to theft.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JORGE A. ALVIZAR, 37, of 628 Skyview Drive, Milton, at 7:34 p.m. Sunday at Highway 59 and Jacobs Drive, Milton Township. It was listed as his second arrest on drunken-driving charges. He also was ticketed for operating left of center.


-- BURGLARY AND THEFT reported at 4 a.m. Tuesday at Larson Manufacturing, 2337 Kettering St., Janesville. Reported taken was $100 and a television remote valued at $20.


-- HIGHWAY 26 AND KETTERING STREET, Janesville, at 2:59 p.m. Monday. A car driven by Michael P. Nassey, 45, of 110 E. Madison Ave., Milton, was northbound on Highway 26 when he collided with a vehicle driven by Anthony J. Wilson, 54, 4174 Castlemoor Drive, Janesville. Both cars then collided with a car driven by Christina M. Tuescher, 61, of 4430 Asherry Drive, Milton. Wilson was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Nassey was cited for violation of a traffic control signal.

-- CENTER AVENUE AND JOLIET STREET, Janesville, at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday. A car driven by Belinda J. Richbourg, 53, Janesville, was northbound on Center Avenue when she collided with a vehicle driven by Mark V. Triller, 44, of 745 Thornecrest Court, Janesville. Richbourg was reportedly transported to a local hospital, but her condition was unknown Thursday. She was cited for inattentive driving.
