-- JEFFREY W. SHETLER, 51, 415 Centerway, Janesville at 6 a.m. Monday on a charge of burglary. Shetler allegedly went into the other half of the duplex he was living in and used the electricity in his neighbor's basement.


-- ALBERTO SOSA-OPOCH, 29, of 705 Sixth St., No. 1, Albany, at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at 212 N. Gilbert St., Footville, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent and operating after suspension.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ERIC S. NEESON, 26, of 214 N. Parker Drive, Janesville, at 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Parker Drive and Pease Court, Janesville.


-- JAMISON W.N. BUEHL, 18, of 233 Edison Ave., Janesville, at 10:03 p.m. Friday at Highway 26 near Harmony Town Hall Road, Harmony Township. He also was cited for speeding.


Reported

-- BURGLARY, reported at noon Sunday on South Highway 51, Rock Township. A weed trimmer valued at $120 and a leaf blower valued at $100 were reported taken from a shed.


-- BURGLARY, reported at 3:01 a.m. Thursday at 3 B's Tavern, 3333 N. County E, Janesville Township. A door was broken into, causing $600 in damage, but nothing appeared to be stolen.


-- BATTERY BY A PRISONER AND CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Center, 210 E. Highway 14, Janesville. A 16-year-old male reportedly kicked a correctional officer in the groin and broke the glass in a cell window.


-- BURGLARY to an outbuilding on Stebbinsville Road, Porter Township, reported at 3:13 p.m. May 8. Reported stolen were three coiled copper generator windings valued at $3,600 and tin, bronze bearings and other items valued at about $2,700.


-- BURGLARY to a construction trailer at Lakeland Campgrounds, 2803 E. Highway 59, Milton Township, reported at 8:39 a.m. Friday. Reported stolen were tools valued at about $2,000.


-- THEFT of CDs valued at $2,500 from a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 2700 block of Alexandria Place, Janesville, reported Tuesday. A leather CD case and $20 in quarters also was reported stolen.


Accidents

-- COUNTY KK AT COUNTY N, Milton Township, at 5 p.m. May 7. A car driven by Phillip A. Schultz, 19, of 1009 W. Fulton St., Edgerton, was southbound on County KK and did not stop at a stop sign. He was struck in the intersection by an eastbound car on County N driven by Bryan E. Tanis, 30, of 227 S. Green St., Whitewater. Schultz was cited for inattentive driving, operating after revocation, seatbelt violation and failure to stop at a stop sign. Schultz was treated at an area hospital, along with two of his passengers. Andrew A. Hopp, 23, same address, was treated at an area hospital, and Andrew J. Macnaughton, 8, same address, was treated at Mercy Hospital, but his condition was not available.


Fire calls

-- PORCH FIRE at 319 N. Academy St., Janesville, at 2:28 p.m. Monday. Passerby noticed the flames. Homeowner doused small fire with garden hose. Damage estimated at $2,000. The suspected cause was cigarette ash.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- KIMBERLY ANN VOSS, 22, Kansasville, at 11:43 p.m. Sunday on Broad Street at Main Street, Lake Geneva. It was listed as her second offense. Also ticketed for hit and run to an unattended vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident, unreasonable and imprudent speed and open intoxicants in motor vehicle.


-- TIMOTHY M. FESENMAIER, 22, 825 Williams St., Lake Geneva, at 8:52 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Pleasant Street, Lake Geneva. Also ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign, unreasonable and imprudent speed, fleeing an officer and resisting/obstructing an officer.


-- STEVE D. OTIS, 29, Trevor, at 11:40 p.m. Saturday on West Center Street, Whitewater.
