— Janesville Parker High School fell 10-1 to Verona in Big Eight Conference softball Monday.

The visiting Vikings dropped to 0-14 in the Big Eight and 1-16 overall.

Parker made four errors, which opened the door for the Wildcats.

"Verona is a solid team, and they come to play," Parker coach Jenny Seisser said. "They hit the ball well and you can't give them extra bases with errors."

Parker hosts Madison
