Four running for three seats on Footville Village Board
Four candidates are running for three village trustee seats. Only one of the four candidates responded to The Janesville Gazette's request for information.
Charles Hagmann (I)
Address: 332 N. Gilbert St.
Job: Sales associate at Orfordville Lumber/Ace Hardware Store, chief petty officer-builder chief with U.S. Navy Reservist with nearly 24 years of active duty and reserve time.
Education: 1972 graduate of Eau Claire North High School, associate's degree in architectural and structural drafting from District One Technical College in 1979, general education courses for engineering program at UW-Milwaukee, computer programming courses at Milwaukee Area Technical College, numerous Navy leadership schools and technical college courses, nursing courses at Lakeshore Technical College.
Community service: Member of Footville fire and police committee and parks and roads committee
Elected posts: Footville village trustee since February 2009
Major campaign issues: I will continue to serve Footville's residents as a knowledgeable and caring citizen of this community. I support village growth, the improvement of our parks, the upgrade of services provided to the families who live here and encourage the use of natural resources.
