- ANGELA M. JASS, 30, of 2202 Linn St., Janesville, at 8 p.m. Thursday at 606 Lincoln St., Janesville, on a charge of child neglect after a 2-year-old child was found unattended at the corner of Rockport Road and Park Avenue, Janesville.

- BURGLARY reported Thursday at 8326 E. Lake Shore Road in Clinton Township.
- BURGLARY reported at 3 p.m. Thursday to an apartment in the 2000 block of Racine Ave., Janesville. Reported stolen was music equipment with a value of $790.

- CLIFFORD A. GRICE, 32, of 1021 Beloit Ave., Janesville, at 1:10 a.m. Thursday at the corner of Main and Milwaukee streets, Janesville. It was listed as his fourth arrest for intoxicated driving.
- JOEL A. SQUIRE, 24, of 4245 Wilshire Lane, Janesville, at 12:51 a.m. Thursday at the corner of Milwaukee and High streets, Janesville, after being pulled over for not wearing a seat belt.
