I live damn near the fourth ward and I do NOT do drugs. I also feel that this neighborhood would be better without dirtballs like this fella. There are some good people with children down here. I am glad that the Janesville Street Crimes unit has been so active. I just hope they get the rest of the judical system to be active with them and get these kinds of people off of our streets. It is about damn time to clean up Janesville. I would love to be proud of where I live again.

I'm sure this man will get the customary plea bargain that our D.A. usually agrees to in such cases. After all, this is just a victimless crime (wink, wink).
But it would be nice if the D.A. were to take a strong stand against forth ward crime for a change since so many rightly think the fourth ward would be a much better place for all of its residents if such criminals were actually brought to justice for their crimes and consigned to prison for appropriate terms rather than the customary slap on the wrist that the customary plea bargains usually result in.
