Local police investigate shots fired calls
Janesville police are investigating a shots fired incident reported early Sunday morning.
Reports indicate at least seven shots were fired at a house in the 1100 block of West Wall Street around 3:00 in the morning. Police found casings in the area and several of the rounds went into the house. The residents were home at the time and reported the incident, but nobody was hurt. Beloit police are also looking into a shots fired call Monday morning in the 1000 block of Lincoln on the city's west side. Casings were found at the scene and there is evidence a garage and tree were hit.
No injuries are reported.

Why does the Gazette block comments on the sheriffs dept. deputy for beating and abusing his daughter? this is B.S. if it was anyone else it would be on the front page and the comments would be overwhelming. The deputy needs to be sentenced to the maximum sentence alowed by the court system.
