Arrests

-- JEREMY M. LUCHSINGER, 32, of 7609 W. Highway 59, Edgerton, at 10:27 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Jail on a charge of substantial battery.

-- A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 10 a.m. Friday at Franklin Middle School, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of first-degree sexual assault. A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY also was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of party to a crime of first-degree sexual assault. The boys are accused of having sexual contact without consent with a friend, a 13-year-old Janesville girl, at a friend’s home. Police described the incident as “horseplaying” that continued beyond what was legal or what the girl was comfortable with.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RHONDA L. MEINEN, 27, of 1865 Harrison Ave., Beloit, at 2:25 a.m. Sunday at 1930 E. Racine St., Janesville. It is listed as her second offense.

-- DAVID A. COOK, 48, of 1410 S. Arch St., Janesville, at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday at Eisenhower Avenue and Centerway, Janesville.

-- JEFFERY A. BAKER, 52, of 220 S. Jackson St., upper, Janesville, at 4:21 a.m. Sunday on Highway 14 east of County F, Janesville Township. It is listed as his third offense. He also was cited for operating after revocation.

-- BRIAN N. NELSON, 23, of 1128 N. Randall Ave., Janesville, at 3:19 a.m. Sunday on Highway 51 at Happy Hollow Road, Rock Township. He also was cited for operating left of center.

-- BURGLARY to an apartment in the 3000 block of Palmer Drive, Janesville, reported at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday. CDs, a DVD player, jewelry and a stamp collection valued at a total of more than $2,700 were reported stolen.

-- THEFT FROM A VEHICLE reported at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday. Two diamond rings valued at $15,000 were reported stolen.

Accidents

-- PARKING LOT AT WALMART, 3800 Deerfield Drive, Janesville, at 2:19 a.m. Friday. A car driven by Anna C. Hahn, 18, Beaver Dam, was eastbound down an aisle when she swerved to avoid two pedestrians. The car struck a pole. Hahn told police she was looking for her glasses. She was cited for reckless driving. Hahn was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. A passenger, Katrina M. Farnsworth, 17, of 410 Allen St., Clinton, also was treated at Mercy Hospital, but her condition was unavailable Tuesday.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- ZACHARY J. KUNDE, 20, of 717 W. Main St., No. 5, Whitewater, at 2:49 a.m. Saturday on West Main Street, Whitewater.

-- JENNIFER L. WINOFSKY, 24, of 4515 N. Old Kennedy Road, Milton, at 2:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of West Main Street, Whitewater.

Green County

Arrests

-- KYLE R. JOHNSON, 22, Albany, and JACOB D. JOHNSON, 17, Albany, at 11:37 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of 1st Center Avenue, Brodhead, each on a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Johnson also was cited for violating curfew.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DALLAS ANN TOURDOT, 20, Monroe, at 1:24 a.m. Saturday in the W100 block of Bump Road, Albany Township. Tourdot also was arrested on charges of underage consumption of alcohol and failure to maintain control. A passenger in the vehicle, David L. Jamison, 36, Darlington, was arrested on a warrant issued by Lafayette County for child support.

-- MICHEALA R. SCHAUER, 44, Brodhead, at 4:43 p.m. Saturday after a snowmobile accident on Highway 11 in Spring Grove Township. Also arrested on a charge of causing injury by intoxicated use of a snowmobile and cited for refusal to take a test for intoxicated operation of a snowmobile.
