-- DECHAZELON C.K. GRAY, 19, of Rockford, Ill., at 4:45 p.m. Saturday at Center and Burbank avenues, Janesville, on a charge of underage drinking. Later the same evening he was arrested at the Janesville Police Department on charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
