Kenseth, Stewart racing at Madison International today

— NASCAR Sprint Cup stars Matt Kenseth and Tony Stewart headline the Swiss Colony All Star Challenge today at Madison International Speedway.

The race also will include an ASA Midwest Tour Super Late Model event. More than 40 of the top drivers in the Midwest will compete on the half-mile oval, including current series point leader Chris Wimmer, Steve Carlson and Kelly Bires.

Practice begins at noon and will continue until 3:30. Qualifying is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., with the first race scheduled for 7 p.m.

The All Star Challenge 100 is expected to begin at approximately 8 p.m .

A Trackside Charities concert and autograph session is scheduled for 5:15 p.m.

Spectator pit passes are $50 (14 years and older), while general admission adult tickets are $25. Students ages 7-17 are $10, and kids 6 and under are free.

The rain date is Wednesday.
