-- MICHAEL J. STIBBE, 44, of 800 Somerset Drive, Janesville, at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Plymouth Avenue and Lexington Drive, Janesville, on charges of burglary, trespassing and theft. He is accused of breaking into a residence in the 800 block of Somerset Drive, Janesville, taking copper wire valued at $100 and fleeing the scene on a tricycle. He also was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for child support.
-- KURT D. TAYLOR, 42, of 1441 S. Orchard St., Janesville, at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at 2113 Joliet St., Janesville, on two counts of physical abuse to a child.

-- STEVE A. RINEHART, 31, of 2621 Harvard Drive, Janesville, at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Highway 26 and Bingham Road, Harmony Township. Also ticketed for operating while suspended and speeding.
-- OMAR ESTRADA ESCOBAR, 20, of 1107 Pleasant St., No. 3, Lake Geneva, at 2:31 a.m. Sunday at County J east of Buss Road, Turtle Township. It was listed as his third offense. Also ticketed for knowingly operating while revoked causing property damage and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
-- TANESSA L. KEELER, 21, of 255 S. Jackson St., No. 2, Janesville, at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday at Highway 5 south of Knilans Road, Rock Township. Also ticketed for operating without a valid license on her person.
-- TIMOTHY J. KAHL, 34, of 1150 Field Crest Drive, Edgerton, at 2:13 a.m. Tuesday at Highway 51 south of Black Oak Drive, Fulton Township. Also ticketed for failure to dim headlights.
-- DONNA K. KOEPPEN, 27, of 1003 S. Washington St., Janesville, at 2:17 a.m. Wednesday at Madison and High streets, Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 11:50 a.m. Sunday to a bedroom in the 15100 block of West Highway 59, Evansville. A cooler containing prescription drugs was reported stolen.
-- RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY reported at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday. A Janesville man reported that two males pointed handguns at him at Camden Drive and Greenwich Lane, Janesville.
-- JOSEPH M. KEUL, 32, of 613 E. Cravath St., Whitewater, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and bail jumping. He is accused of taking stolen equipment and tools in exchange for money he was owed as well as having heroin, syringes and a tourniquet, a violation of his bond from a previous charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, which police found during a search of his residence in May.
-- CHRISTOPHER S. SMOTHERS, 28, of 239 E. Milwaukee St., Whitewater, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. He is accused of taking a digital camera and four checks and equipment and tools from two Whitewater residences in April.
-- PRISCILIANO ROMAN TORRES, 29, of 943 3rd St., Beloit, two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment. He is accused of driving a pickup truck with two passengers into two Lake Geneva residences while he was drunk in May.
-- KEITH L. KIMBALL, 53, of 121 S. Sixth St., Delavan, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. He is accused of elbowing and hitting a man in Delavan while he was drunk in May. He also is accused of having marijuana in his pocket when police arrested him.
-- LYLE E. ERICKSON, 29, W1018 Sundew Road, Genoa City, delivery of heroin, bail jumping. He is accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant during a controlled buy, a violation of his bond from a previous charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, in Lyons Township in March.
-- CURTIS L. SYKES, 20, of 318 Milton Ave., Janesville, felony possession of marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana in his sock, which police found during a search while he was in the Walworth County Jail.
-- GEOFFREY D. POTVINE, 20, Rhinelander, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having marijuana and a marijuana pipe in his pocket when police arrested him on a warrant in Elkhorn in May.
-- ANDREA M. EVANS, 27, of 713 Park Ave., Delavan, possession of narcotics. She is accused of having heroin and marijuana in her vehicle when police stopped her for driving erratically in Fontana in May.
-- JAMES A. CARRILLO, 23, Mukwonago, intoxicated use of a motor vehicle causing great bodily harm. He is accused of severely injuring a woman in a car accident in Troy Township in May.
-- ADAM K. DAY, 34, 2096 Lilly St., No. 7, East Troy, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having marijuana, marijuana pipes and spoons, which police found during a search of his residence in May.
-- MICHAEL J. DELAROSA, 24, Fitchburg, stalking and criminal trespassing. He is accused of sending threatening messages and making threatening phone calls to his ex-girlfriend in April and breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s house in East Troy Township to see her in June.
