-- RODNEY J. WOODWARD, 35, of 821 Vine St., Beloit, at 8:20 a.m. at the Rock County Court House, Janesville on a warrant charging him with strangulation with a domestic violence rider and battery with domestic violence rider.


-- PARIS E. YOUNG, 55, of Madison at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of West Doty Street, Madison, on a warrant charging him with drunken driving, third offense.


-- OCTAVIO L. JOHN, 22, of 2101 Freeman Parkway, No. 1, Beloit, at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday at Afton and Rockport roads in Janesville on charges of strangulation and battery.


-- ANDREW C. RENSBERRY, 30, of 2520 E. Racine St., No. 1, Janesville, at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on charges of domestic strangulation and battery.


Intoxicated Driving Arrests

-- JAMES R. CRAWFORD, 37, 1018 S. Osborne Ave., Janesville at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday at South Main and Milwaukee Streets. It was reportedly his fourth offense.


-- NICHOLAS A. STADLER, 21, of Roscoe, Ill.,at 12:21 a.m. Thursday at Interstate 43 and Highway 140, Clinton. It was listed as his second arrest on drunken driving charges. He was also ticketed for open intoxicants.


Reported

-- VEHICLE STOLEN reported at 12:19 p.m. Wednesday at 2400 block of Woodlane Drive, Janesville. Stolen was a 1979 Chevrolet Caprice Classic valued at $500.


-- ISSUE WORTHLESS CHECK reported at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday at The Coin Shop, 411 W. Milwaukee St., Janesville. A fraud involving a $3,400 check was reported.


-- FORGERY reported at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Park Avenue, Janesville. Checks were reportedly stolen and forged.


-- STRANGULATION reported at 10:08 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Milton Avenue, Janesville. A battery was reported.


-- BURGLARY to a home in the 900 block of Norwood Road in Janesville. Reported stolen were a camera and credit cards.


-- BURGLARY reported at 1:24 p.m. Sunday, June 6 at Harbor Recreation, 807 E. Harbor Drive, Milton. Reported taken was a boat motor valued at $2,200 and a fish finder valued at $500.


Accidents

-- COURT STREET AND CROSBY AVENUE, Janesville, at 4:47 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Melissa A. Mireles, 16, of 9662 N. Lima Center Road, Whitewater, collided with a vehicle driven by Brian D. Brodie, 44, of 529 Walnut St., Janesville, which collided with a car driven by Paul A. Marie, 66, Matthews, N.C. Brodie was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.


-- KENNEDY ROAD AND NEWPORT AVENUE, Janesville, at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Carol G. Aulabaugh, 65, of 2541 S. Tollefson Road, Orfordville, was stopped when another vehicle driven by Sarah A. Nyhus Uselman, 30, of 526 E. Countryside Drive, Evansville, rear-ended her car. Aulabaugh was treated and released from Mercy Hospital. Her passenger, Joan C. Singstock, 65, of 2725 S. Highway 213, Orfordville, also was treated and released from Mercy Hospital. Nyhus Uselman was treated and released from Mercy Hospital. Her passenger, Charlotte F. Nyhus, 2, of 526 E. Countryside Drive, Evansville, was taken to Mercy Hospital, but her condition was not released Wednesday because she is a minor.


Fire

-- CAR FIRE at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chase Bank, 18 N. Arch St., Janesville. Smoke was cleared from the bank, where its Automatic Tyme Machine remains out of service, due to the fire, until it can be evaluated for heat and water damage.
