Arrests

-- JAMES M. AHLINE, 45, of 2317 Burbank Road, Janesville, at 6:08 p.m. Friday at home on a bench warrant charging him with failing to appear in court for an intoxicated driving arrest.


-- RALPH MITCHELL JR., 19, of 260 S. Fifth St., Evansville, at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the Rock County Jail on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, criminal trespass to dwelling and battery.


Accidents

-- MILTON AVENUE AND BLACK BRIDGE ROAD, Janesville, at 5:23 p.m. Sunday. A car driven by Patricia M. August Slawnikowski, 68, of 5233 N. W. Rotamer Road, Milton, was northbound on Milton Avenue when she collided with Roberta L. Rhodes, 49, of 407 S. Academy St., Janesville. A passenger in Rhodes’ car, Thomas L. Rhodes, 3, of 1906 N. Randall Ave., Janesville, was reported transported for medical attention. August Slawnikowski was ticketed for failure to yield.


-- NORTH RIVER AND WEST MILES ROADS, Fulton Township, at 7:05 a.m. Thursday, June 3. A car driven by Steven P. Pakes, of 7949 N. Pineview Drive, Edgerton, was south on North River Road when he collided with Anna E. Farrington, 10, of 5352 N. River Road, Janesville, who ran out from behind a pickup, according to police reports. Farrington was reported transported for medical attention.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- BRADLEY A. SCHNEIDER, of 1441 S. Walnut St., Janesville, at 12:39 a.m. Thursday at N. Newville Road and County M, Milton Township. He was also ticketed for failure to notify the police of an accident, unreasonable and imprudent speed, hit and run to property and open intoxicants.

-- BURGLARY, reported at 5:53 a.m. Friday at 3D Kealy’s Café, 621 E. Highway 59, Edgerton. Reported taken was $276.71.


Fire calls

-- GARAGE FIRE at 468 N. Pearl St., Janesville, at 2:30 p.m. Monday. About $500 in damage to the garage, which caught fire when a child tried to light spider webs on fire, was reported.
