-- FRAUDULENT WRITINGS reported at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Randall Avenue, Janesville. A woman made a fraud complaint.

-- COUNTERFEIT MONEY reported at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday at Kwik Trip, 3123 S. Highway 51, Janesville. A counterfeit $20 bill was used at the store.

-- UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION reported Friday at Interstate 90/39 and Manogue Road, Milton. A woman reported the fraudulent use of her name.

-- THEFT reported Tuesday, May 25, in the 1400 block of Road 7, Milton. Reported stolen from a safe were 79 oxycodone pills and $750.

-- BURGLARY, reported Tuesday, to the Janesville Batting Cages, 967 S. Jackson St., Janesville. Taken were 20 bags of peanut M&Ms, 10 packs of bubble gum and $15 cash.

-- BURGLARY, reported Tuesday, in the 500 block of South Main Street, Janesville. Taken was a Toro lawnmower valued at $500.

-- BURGLARY, Saturday to Agsun, 1321 S. Jackson St., Janesville. An officer interrupted the burglary in progress, and nothing was reported stolen, according to police records.

-- BURGLARY, Thursday, May 27, at 10:46 a.m. to Kimball Warehouses, No. 12, 903 Todd Drive, Janesville. Taken was a Dell computer hard drive valued at $400.


-- TIMOTHY L. STEWART, 31, of 1404 Highland Ave., Janesville, at noon Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of delivery of cocaine and running a drug house.

-- DUSTIN A. FISHER, 24, 2111 Browning Janesville, at 2:55 p.m. Monday, at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested after police responded to a report of a drug overdose at Lustig Park in Janesville.

-- DOMINIQUE S. LEWIS, 20, of 618 St. Lawrence Ave., Beloit, at 11:25 p.m. May 27 in the 400 block of Lincoln Street, Janesville, on three charges of delivery of cocaine and a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.

-- 13-, 11- AND 12-YEAR OLD JANESVILLE BOYS referred to juvenile authorities at 4 p.m. May 26 at each of their homes on one charge each of arson.

-- JEREMY W. SMITH, 24, of 526 S. Laurel Ave., No. 2, Janesville, at 10:48 a.m. Tuesday, at 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, on one charge of delivering THC within 1000 feet of a park, and one charge of maintaining a drug place.

-- JOSEPH M. HANUS, 24, of 4863 N. Highway 26, Janesville, at 11:22 p.m. Sunday at Highway 14 and Polzin Road, Janesville Township. Also ticketed for unsafe lane deviation.

-- JASON R. DUNCAN, 32, of 1422 LaFayette St., Janesville, at 12:13 a.m. Sunday at Center Avenue and Conde Street in Janesville. The arrest was listed as Duncan’s third on an intoxicated-driving charge.

-- DEVIN STOKES, 21, of 2508 E. Oregon Trail, Janesville, at 2:45 a.m. Monday at Main Street and St. Lawrence Avenue in Janesville.

-- QUINTEN D. BIRKENESS, 26, of 1421 Laramie Lane, Janesville, at 12:22 a.m. Sunday on Highway 11 west of Old Highway 11 in Plymouth Township. The arrest was listed as Birkeness’ third on an intoxicated-driving charge.

-- CHRISTOPHER J. BUETTNER, 34, Madison, at 2:53 a.m. Sunday on Highway 59 south of Charley Bluff Road in Fulton Township. The arrest was listed as Buettner’s third on an intoxicated-driving charge.


-- INTERSECTION OF BURBANK AVENUE AND POLK STREET, Janesville, at 6:54 p.m. Saturday. Cars driven by Joseph L. Olson, 25, of 14522 W. Hafeman Road, Brodhead, and Courtney N. Hickey, 18, of 1516 Vista Ave., Janesville, collided in the intersection. Hickey was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.

Green County
Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JEREMY D. GOLACKSON, 39, Janesville, at 7:17 p.m. Saturday on Highway 11 at Highway 81 and County GG, Spring Grove Township. He also was cited for operating while suspended and inattentive driving after he reportedly reached to pick up his cell phone and rear-ended another vehicle. The crash caused no reported injuries.

-- HEATHER A. MILES, 25, Albany, at 1:11 a.m. Sunday on Highway 104 south of Dunphy Road, Albany Township. She also was cited for speeding.
