-- A 19-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE MAN at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at home on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MICHAEL L. RANUM, 24, of 204 N. Grant Ave., Janesville, at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department. It was reportedly his second offense.


-- MATTHEW A. TRAVER, 29, Beloit, at 12:56 p.m. Saturday along North Kennedy Road, Milton Township. Also ticketed for operating after revocation and seat belt violation.


-- DIXON A. ZELAYA, 26, Beloit, at 2:46 a.m. Saturday at County S west of Interstate 90/39, Turtle Township. Also ticketed for operating while suspended.


Reported

-- ARSON at 534 Greendale Drive, on Tuesday, June 20 at midnight. Arson was to a mailbox. No other damage was found.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- THOMAS W. HAWKINS, 31, Liberty Center, Ohio, at 10:38 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Main Street, Lake Geneva. Also cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.


-- TRAVIS A. WALTER, 17, W1004 Golden Glow Road, Pell Lake, at 8:14 p.m. Saturday on Wrigley Drive at Main Street, Lake Geneva. Also cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and defective lights/reflectors.


Charged

-- FRANK L. TESCHKE, 44, Lake Worth, Fla., fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving July 16 in Delavan.


-- JAMES E. REILLY, 48, Racine, possession of marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana in his pocket, which police found during a search during his arrest July 13 in Lake Geneva.


-- ROBERT D. BROWN, 28, Zion, Ill., possession of marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana in his shoe, which police found during a search during a traffic stop June 23 in Delavan Township.


-- RYAN W. ZENOR, 35, Elgin, Ill., second-offense operating while intoxicated causing injury. He is accused of drunken driving, losing control of his motorcycle and injuring his passenger July 18 in Delavan.


-- TRIEU M. TRAN, 17, of 302 Linden Lane, Delavan, party to the crime of burglary and party to the crime of theft. He is accused of transporting a stolen drum set from Delavan to Illinois in June.


-- ERICA L. OTTO, 22, Eagle, two counts of delivery of heroin at or near a jail. She is accused of smuggling heroin into the Walworth County Jail, taking heroin and supplying heroin to two other inmates in April.
