-- BURGLARY reported at 4:59 a.m. Monday to a job trailer parked at Austin Road and Court Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were about $3,000 in tools.

-- JUSTIN D. GUNDERSON, 19, of 11337 S. Reimer Road, Clinton, at 1:58 a.m. Monday at Henke Road and Highway 14, La Prairie Township. Also ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign.

-- AUGUSTINE G. GUERRA, 59, Zion, Ill., party to the crime of identity theft. He is accused of using someone else’s credit cards to make purchases in Whitewater in September.


-- JUAN M. JIMENEZ AVILA, 24, of 536 Elmhurst Ave., No. 13, Delavan, felony bail jumping. He is accused of failing to appear in Walworth County Court, a violation of his bond from previous charges of first-degree reckless injury, aggravated battery and hit and run involving great bodily harm, in December.


-- THOMAS C. ANDERSON, 21, of 1716 E. Road Four St., Edgerton, four counts party to the crime of delivery of narcotics. He is accused of selling oxycodone and morphine to a confidential informant during controlled buys in Whitewater in June 2009.


-- ALEXIS N.J. MIELKE, 20, of 471 S. Ringold St., Janesville, three counts of party to the crime of delivery of narcotics. She is accused of selling oxycodone and morphine to a confidential informant during controlled buys in Whitewater in June 2009.


-- THOMAS V. TOWNSEND, 36, of 511 E. First Ave., Apt. B, Elkhorn, possession with intent to deliver narcotics. He is accused of having vicodin and marijuana, which police found during a search of his residence in September.


-- BALTHAZAR WALKER, 26, of 621 N. Sandy Lane, No. 108, Elkhorn, robbery with use of force, strangulation and suffocation and battery. He is accused of choking a man, throwing him to the ground and ordering someone to take his money at a motel in Lake Geneva in June.


-- KEVIN A. ARENZ, 40, of 6529 Highway 11, Delavan, sixth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of driving drunk in Delavan Township on June 22.


-- JAMES L. DOWDAL, 24, N3382 County H, Lake Geneva, escape. He is accused of failing to return to the Walworth County Jail after he left with work-release privileges in June.


-- MARIANNE F. ZUBEK, 44, N2302 Airport Road, Brodhead, felony possession of cocaine. She is accused of telling a 14-year-old boy to hide cocaine in his shoe, which police found during a search of her vehicle and her passengers in Darien Township on June 15.


-- MICHAEL A. ZITZLER, 20, of 415 Cass St., No. 6, Lake Geneva, escape, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having marijuana and a marijuana pipe with him at a residence in Geneva Township to which police were called June 19 because he was not wanted there. He also is accused of escaping from a police squad car after he was arrested.


-- JEFFREY E. FRITZ, 47, 234 Nelson St., Apt. A, Sharon, felony fleeing an officer. He is accused of speeding and failing to stop for police in Sharon on June 23.


-- ASHLEY E. KIMBALL, 17, N541 Zenda Road, Zenda, party to the crime of robbery with use of force, strangulation and suffocation and battery. She is accused of being party to choking a man, throwing him to the ground and taking his money at a motel in Lake Geneva in June.


-- DARRELL R. FOX, 60, of 222 Maxwell St., No. 4, Lake Geneva, fifth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of driving drunk in Lake Geneva on June 28.


-- ADAM J. PHILLIPS, 25, of 131 W. Market St., No. 104, possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana and $40, which police found during a search of his vehicle in Lake Geneva on June 23.


-- NICHOLAS L. TOLBERT, 28, Milwaukee, felony possession of marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana, which police found during a search of his vehicle during a traffic stop in Lafayette Township on June 24.

Charges of three counts of felony manufacturing/delivering marijuana, felony maintaining drug trafficking place, felony possession of narcotic oxycodone, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia all dismissed but read into court record.


-- QUINCY M. SMITH, 29, of 3323 Mt. Zion Ave., No. 1, Janesville, repeat misdemeanor battery, one year in jail with credit, two days in jail in lieu of fine. Additional charges of repeat misdemeanor domestic battery and repeat domestic disorderly conduct both dismissed but read into court record.
