Rock County

-- AN 11-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 7:30 p.m. Monday at his home was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of assault by prisoner and disorderly conduct. He is accused of spitting on a correctional officer after his arrest.

Green County

-- REBEL L. WENGER, 42, Monroe, at 1:32 a.m. Saturday on Highway 59 at Suburban Drive, Albany Township, on charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. A passenger, KIMBERLY D. KANNENBERG, 43, Monroe, was arrested on charges of felony possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding arrest warrants issued by Jefferson County and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. A third passenger, MICHAEL T. TAYLOR, 51, Madison, was cited for a seat belt violation.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- KYLE F. KNUDSON, 25, Gotham, at 2:48 a.m. Monday in the W1800 block of Purintun Road, Albany Township. It is listed as his third drunken-driving arrest. He also was cited for operating with a revoked driverís license, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and violation of a class D license restriction.

-- SEAN E. KELLER, 24, Spring, Texas, at 9:07 p.m. Sunday on Highway 11 east of County OK in Spring Grove Township. He was arrested on a charge of intoxicating driving with a passenger under the age of 16 in the vehicle. He also was cited for speeding and no valid driverís license. A passenger in the vehicle, BENJAMIN L. HASS, 24, Juda, was arrested on charges of felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. When REBECCA L. MONTE, 34, Juda, responded to take custody of the child, Monte was cited for operating with a suspended driverís license.

-- PETER L. BEHNKE, 22, of 130 S. Fourth St., Whitewater, at 2:19 a.m. Saturday on South Fremont Street, Whitewater.

-- KYLE R. KOWALKOWSKI, 22, Helenville, at 12:32 a.m. Friday on the UW-Whitewater campus.
