-- HIGHWAY 59 AND COUNTY N in Milton Township. Brittany A. Kleinert, 21, of 112 Sioux Drive, Edgerton, was stopped eastbound on Highway 59 at 4:48 p.m. Feb. 8, when the rear of her SUV was struck by a car driven by Michelle L. Slowey, 21, of 931 Parkview Drive, Milton, who was attempting to pass on the right. Slowey was treated and released from UW Hospital, Madison. She was cited for unsafe passing. Highway 59 was closed for 90 minutes, according to police reports.


-- JOSHUA O. ROEHL, 24, of 701 Main St., Edgerton, at 7:45 p.m. Friday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of burglary and three charges of theft.

-- RONALD S. ROSS, 47, of 3708 N. Cedar Ridge Drive, Janesville, at 1:54 p.m. Monday at 119 W. Court St., Janesville, on a charge of felony theft in a business setting. Ross was accused of defrauding a client as he provided accounting services through his business, OC Accounting Services.

-- MARIA G. MIGUEL MIGUEL, 34, of 2624 N. Lexington Drive No. 2, Janesville, at 3 p.m. Friday at her residence on a charge of physical abuse to a child.

-- BILLY J. CANTER, 51, Rockford, Ill., at 8:45 a.m. Monday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of party to the crime of forgery.


-- BURGLARY, Saturday to a home in the 300 block of Park Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen were car speakers.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- LUCAS R. BORRE, 19, of 4808 E. Creek Road, Beloit, at 1:40 p.m. Thursday at State Line Road and Free Church Road in Turtle Township. Borre was driving west on State Line Road when he lost control on a patch of ice near Free Church Road. He crossed the centerline, over-corrected and went into the ditch. His car rolled before coming to rest in a field. A 14-year-old passenger was transported to a local hospital, but her condition was not available because she is a minor. Borre was arrested for causing injury by intoxicated driving and driving too fast for conditions.

-- BRIAN W. MCDANIEL, 26, of 2423 W. Juniper Ridge Court, Janesville, at 2:09 a.m. Thursday at highways 14 and 51 in Janesville Township.

-- BARBARA A. BORK, 36, of W1545 County Road K, Juda, at 7:15 a.m. Friday at Plymouth Church Road east of Johnson Road in Rock Township. Bork also was arrested for having open intoxicants, driving too fast for conditions, failing to notify police of an accident and not wearing a seatbelt. Bork struck a mailbox at 6319 W. Plymouth Church Road.

-- BRANDON M. ZWICKY, 23, of 1031 Bluff St., Beloit, at 12:53 a.m. Feb. 6 at Broad and Pleasant streets in Beloit. Zwicky was arrested for intoxicated driving and hit and run.

-- ROBERT L. STENZEL, 37, Janesville, at 4:29 p.m. Sunday on Highway 104 north of Atkinson Road in Albany Township. It was listed as his fifth intoxicated-driving arrest. Also cited for a seatbelt violation and operating after revocation
