Beloit College couldn’t find its shooting touch and suffered a 67-51 defeat to Carroll University in Midwest Conference men’s basketball Wednesday at Carroll.


The Buccaneers (7-14, 5-9) made just 19 of 51 shots (37 percent) from the field. Beloit trailed 34-25 at the half.


Travis Towns of Edgerton and Patrick Kenny scored 10 points apiece for Beloit (7-14, 5-9). John Hoch scored a game-high 32 points for Carroll (13-8, 8-6).
