Bluebirds fall to Marquette

BROOKFIELD — The Janesville Bluebirds fell 4-2 to host Milwaukee Marquette in nonconference boys hockey Saturday.

The Hilltoppers pelted the Bluebirds with three goals in the second period for a 4-0 lead. Luke Lantz and Owen Ahlstrom scored Janesville’s goals in the third period.

The Bluebirds (10-10) host Madison Memorial at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Ice Skating Center. The Janesville Fury girls team will play at 5 p.m. as part of the high school hockey doubleheader.
