-- JOSE L. HERNANDEZ-PARADA, 37, of 1766 6th St., Beloit, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on previous charges of operating while intoxicated and obstructing an officer.

-- BRIAN J. SCHOLL, 29, of 384 E. Madison Ave., Apt. D, Milton, at 1:46 a.m. Sunday at the Rock County Jail on a bench warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a previous charge of third-offense operating while intoxicated.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RICKY L. ROGNON, 23, of 115 Lawton St., No. 2, Edgerton, at 5:05 a.m. Sunday on Goede Road south of Eastman Road, Fulton Township. Also arrested for operating on a suspended license, failing to notify an officer of an accident and driving too fast for conditions.

-- COLIN J. REESE, 21, of 11224 N. George Road, Evansville, at 3:24 a.m. Friday at Avalon and Oakhill roads, Rock Township. Also ticketed for operating while suspended.

-- MACHELLE M. BROWN, 43, of 3629 Idlewild Drive, Beloit, at 2:42 a.m. Friday at Highway 51 and Driftwood Drive, Rock Township.

-- MICHAEL A. ZIMMER, 34, of 1512 N. Claremont Drive, Janesville, at 3:52 p.m. Jan. 27, on County A east of Henke Road, Harmony Township. It was listed as his second offense.


-- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 9:06 p.m. Sunday at 447 N. Pearl St., Janesville. A 1995 gray, two-door Chevrolet Cavalier was reported stolen.

-- BURGLARY to an apartment in the 1600 block of Green Valley Drive, Janesville, reported at 7:52 p.m. Sunday. Three men’s wristwatches valued at $800, diamond earrings valued at $700, an Xbox gaming system valued at $300, a Nintendo Wii gaming system valued at $200, a desktop computer and flat-screen monitor valued at $200, a Walter Payton football jersey valued at $80, a car stereo amplifier valued at $50 and a wallet and $40 cash were reported stolen.


-- MILTON AVENUE NEAR HUMES ROAD, Janesville, at 4:38 p.m. Saturday. A vehicle driven by Sarah A. McClellan, 29, of 311 Tyrrell Court, Delavan, was stopped in traffic behind a vehicle driven by Rudolph J. Semerad, 80, of 1116 Manor Drive, Janesville, in the middle lane. A northbound vehicle in the left lane driven by Cody R. Kelley, 18, of 2016 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, changed to the middle lane, rear-ending McClellan’s vehicle, which was pushed into Semerad’s vehicle. Kelley was cited for inattentive driving. A passenger in McClellan’s vehicle, Erika A. McClellan, 11, was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.

-- HIGHWAY 14 AT LEXINGTON DRIVE, JANESVILLE, at 2:12 p.m. Monday. A car driven by Mark P. Keller, 24, of 5404 N. Old Orchard Drive, Janesville, struck the rear of a truck driven by David G. Soderberg, 72, of 605 N. Willard Ave., Janesville. Soderberg was treated and released from Mercy Hospital. Keller, who told police he was swerving to avoid a collision from a vehicle approaching from behind at high speed, was cited for unsafe lane deviation.

-- VERONICA R. BAKER, 21, Australia, at 5:30 a.m. at Wells Hall West on the UW-Whitewater campus on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

-- TREVOR E. ROBERS, 35, of 1025 Williams St., Lake Geneva, at 12:41 a.m. Sunday on Townline Road at Andria Drive, Lake Geneva. It was listed as his third offense. Also ticketed for hit and run and reckless driving.

-- CORY M. WILSON, 33, Janesville at 9:39 p.m. Jan. 26, in the 1600 block of West 2nd Avenue, Brodhead. It was listed as his third offense. Also ticketed for third-offense operating after revocation.
