Circulating papers are: K. Andreah Briarmoon, 58, of 339 S. Locust; Billy McCoy, 57, of 1326 Putnam; and Michael Knilans, 52, 1516 Winchester Place.

Those three join incumbents George Brunner and Russ Steeber, who have announced that they will seek re-election. Incumbent Frank Perrotto is undecided, and councilman Bill Truman will not seek re-election.
