Eversoll sinks Brodhead with a ‘3’, other scores

On a hot-shooting night for both sides, Katelyn Eversoll hit the game-winner for McFarland High School’s girls basketball team.


Eversoll made a three-point shot with 24 seconds left Thursday night to give the Spartans a 58-57 victory over visiting Brodhead in a Rock Valley crossover game.


Mariah Mohns led the Cardinals with 16 points, and Taylor Douglas had 12.
