Milton School Board expels four students

— The Milton School Board expelled a high school student Dec. 6 and three more Tuesday, the district reported.

The first student was accused of burglary and theft of school property last summer and of violating terms of a pre-expulsion agreement. He or she is expelled through age 21 but could earn conditional reinstatement beginning in September 2011.


The other three high school students were accused of:


-- Possession of fake marijuana and drug paraphernalia and violating a pre-expulsion agreement.


-- Possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.


-- Testing positive for marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and violating a pre-expulsion agreement.


All three were expelled through age 21 but could earn conditional readmission starting with summer school 2011.


This brings to five the number of expulsions from the district this school year.
