-- FORGERY reported at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Milton Avenue, Janesville. A woman reported that someone possibly forged her name on a life insurance policy check.


-- ELDER ABUSE reported at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday to a 72-year-old woman in the 1000 block of North Ringold Street, Janesville. The woman reportedly had excessive bruising and a black eye.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- LUCRECIO L. GUTIERREZ, 31, of 1051 Bouchard Ave., Janesville, at 10:15 p.m. Saturday at County G south of Detroit Avenue, Rock Township. Also ticketed for operating left of center.


-- GREGORY G. GRIFFIN, 40, of 16136 W. Avon-North Townline Road, Brodhead, at 6:22 p.m. Friday at Genesis Drive east of Viking Drive, Orfordville. It was reportedly his third offense. Also ticketed for operating without a valid driver's license.


Arrests

-- TODD A. BOBZIEN, 26, of 5423 E. Highway 14, Janesville, and BRITTANY G. BOBZIEN, 26, of 6809 W. County A, Evansville, on Monday. Todd Bobzien was arrested on charges of burglary and theft. Brittany Bobzien was arrested on charges of party to burglary and party to theft. They are accused of taking a TV and TV stand in a burglary.

-- BRETT L. ZIELSDORF, 48, Streamwood, Ill., at 8:51 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of 23rd Street, Brodhead. He also was cited for following too closely.

-- RYAN J. CHAMPA, 17, of 20 S. Pontiac Drive, No. 205, Janesville, charge of felony stalking amended to criminal trespassing to dwelling, misdemeanor domestic battery, domestic disorderly conduct, unlawful use of phone to threaten harm, two years probation with credit, $936. Charge of felony bail-jumping dismissed but read into court record.


-- CHRISTOPHER C. PINSON, 27, of 953 Mckinley Ave., Beloit, possession of marijuana, $1,213. Charge of disorderly conduct dismissed but read into court record.


-- JUSTIN A. MCCLURE, 22, of 310 1/2 Ravine St., Janesville, possession of marijuana, $331. Charges of felony possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony maintaining drug trafficking place all dismissed but read into court record.

-- JAMES C. QUINCE, 26, Antigo, formerly of Janesville, felony second-degree reckless injury, six years and six months in prison, five years extended supervision, $62,469 restitution, $125. Charges of first-degree reckless injury and felony reckless driving and causing great bodily harm both dismissed but read into court record.


-- STACEY L. FANNING, 33, of 1830 S. Osborne Ave., Janesville, charge of felony theft to business setting amended to five counts of misdemeanor theft of movable property, 30 days in jail with Huber, three years probation, $27,729 restitution, $3,303.


-- ADAM E. HESS, 29, of 494 Community Drive, Beloit, felony injury by intoxicated use of vehicle, one year in jail with Huber, six years probation, $2,000 restitution, $420. Charges of felony injury by use of vehicle with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and misdemeanor causing property while operating with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration both dismissed but read into court record.
