Arrests

-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 10:19 p.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of burglary and theft.


-- TODD A. BOBZIEN, 26, of 1943 Riverview Drive, Janesville, at 9:43 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Jail on charges of felony escape and three counts of retail theft.


-- AMY JO CASH-VAZQUEZ, 45, of 1807 River Road, Janesville at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of attempted to obtain controlled substance by fraud and probation hold.


-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at Parker High School, 3125 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville on charges of burglary, two counts; theft, two counts; and criminal damage to property, two counts.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- SARA K. HERMANSON, 31, of 5042 E. County A, Janesville, at 12:08 a.m. Monday on Highway 14 west of County E, Janesville Township. She also was cited for operating left of center.


Reported

-- FRAUD, reported at 5:19 p.m. Monday in Janesville. A construction company reported a subcontractor forged a check made out to the construction company, writing the check for $15,300 in the name of the subcontractor. The subcontractor reportedly deposited the check into his account.


-- THEFT, reported at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday from the Janesville Performing Arts Center, 408 South Main St., Janesville. Reported taken were a 6-by-40-foot black polyester curtain valued at $950 and cast iron pipe valued at $200.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 14 AND BELL STREET, JANESVILLE, at 4:19 p.m. Monday. A vehicle driven by Colleen A. Evenson, 53, Fort Atkinson, was eastbound on Highway 14 in the left-turn lane and turned in front of and struck a westbound vehicle driven by Rachel P. Fleming, 28, of 3112 N. Partridge Hollow Drive, Janesville. Both drivers had the green light. Evenson was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn. Fleming was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center.
