Intoxicated-driving arrests

-- GERALD E. SCHUNCK II, 32, of 1625 Randolph Road, No. 7, Janesville, at 12:54 a.m. Thursday at Milton Avenue and Newman Street, Janesville. It was listed as Schnuck’s fifth on an intoxicated-driving charge.


-- SARAH A. COREY, 24, of 2315 Conway Drive, Janesville, at 2:15 a.m. Thursday at Milton Avenue and Black Bridge Road. It was listed as Corey’s second on an intoxicated-driving charge.


Accidents

-- MAIN STREET AT CENTERWAY, Janesville, at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Michael H. Lukas, 17, of 3809 Randolph Road, Janesville, pulled out to make a right turn and struck a bicycle ridden by Summer N. Pittman, 23, of 2022 Lincoln St., Janesville. She was taken to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, but her condition was unavailable Wednesday night. He was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

-- BURGLARY reported at 6:38 p.m. Thursday to a home in the 300 block of Park Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen were a diamond ring, bracelet, watch and other items with a total value of $1,750.


-- BURGLARY reported Thursday to a home in the 300 block of High Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were two TVs, gaming systems and DVD players.

-- KELLY L. KOWALKOWSKI, 46, of 10303 N. Clearlake Road, Milton, fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. She is accused of drunken driving July 15 in Delavan.


-- NICHOLAS R. CZARNECKI, 17, of 224 Nicholas Drive, Delavan, party to the crime of burglary and party to the crime of theft. He is accused of transporting a stolen drum set from Delavan to Illinois in June.


-- DAVID A. RASCH, 41, of 1075 Mobile St., Lake Geneva, child neglect resulting in bodily harm. He is accused of drinking and falling asleep while baby-sitting for a couple children and one of the children, a 3-year-old boy, jumped out of a second-story window in Elkhorn in May.


-- ADAM K. DAY, 34, of 2096 Lilly St., No. 7, East Troy, possession of narcotic drugs. He is accused of taking Oxycodone pills from a woman in East Troy in May.


-- JOSE VALADES, 43, W7955 Creek Road, No. 716, Delavan, fifth-offense operating while intoxicated. He’s accused of drunken driving Aug. 7 in Delavan.


-- ADAM P. SWANEY JR., 18, N799 County C, Sharon, receiving stolen property valued at more than $5,000 but less than $10,000. He is accused of operating a stolen all-terrain Aug. 2 in Delavan.


-- TIMOTHY A. WILLIAMS, 19, of 1231 Barnes St., Delavan, party to the crime of theft of movable property valued at more than $5,000 but less than $10,000. He is accused of taking an ATV Aug. 2 in Delavan.


-- CHRISTOPHER M. CONVERSE, 19, of 538 Sugar Creek Road, No. 2, Delavan, theft of movable property valued at more than $5,000 but less than $10,000 and criminal damage to property. He is accused of taking an ATV and ripping a flag off of it Aug. 2 in Delavan.


-- DANIELLE R. GETZINGER, 43, of 260 Country Club Drive, No. 16, Lake Geneva, felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. She is accused of drinking and being disorderly with a neighbor, violations of her bond on charges of battery to a police officer and resisting an officer, July 21 in Lake Geneva.


-- TAYLOR D. ANDREWS, 20, Oconomowoc, possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He is accused of having marijuana, which police found during his arrest Aug. 3 in Whitewater.


-- FERNANDO VALADEZ-SOTO, 37, Beloit, failure to notify the Sex Offender Registry of changes in registry information. He is accused of not reporting employment changes to the state Department of Corrections since March.


-- JAMES A. CARRILLO, 23, Mukwonago, felony bail jumping. He is accused of being drunk during a court hearing, a violation of his bond on a charge of injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, Aug. 2 in Elkhorn.


-- JEREMY C. DENTON, 30, of 526 Bowers Blvd., No. 4, Delavan, failure to notify the Sex Offender Registry of changes in registry information. He is accused of not reporting address or employment changes to the state Department of Corrections since February.


-- RACHEL S. ALBRIGHT, 23, of 340 N. Newcomb St., Apt. B6, Whitewater, felony bail jumping, obstructing and officer and disorderly conduct. She is accused of being disorderly with a sheriff’s deputy after a drunken-driving arrest, a violation of her bond on a previous charge of neglecting a child, Aug. 11 in Geneva Township.


-- BRIAN D. CUNNINGHAM, 47, of 207 Lakeview Drive, Walworth, fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving Wednesday in Delavan Township.
