Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JASON H. COLLAS, 26, of 139 Forest Park Blvd., Janesville, at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday at Garfield Avenue and Court Street, Janesville.


-- BLAKE M. HUMPHREY, 18, of 3126 E. Rotamer Road, Janesville, at 12:43 a.m. Wednesday at Walnut and Glendale streets, Janesville. It was listed as his third offense. Also cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer and throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker.


Arrests

-- DEVIN L. BESSEL-SKILLING, 17, of 225 Milton Ave., Apt. 2E, Janesville, at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of physical abuse of a child.


Reported

-- BURGLARY reported at 5:01 p.m. Monday to a garage in the 2700 block of Park Place Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen were compact discs, tools, magazines and other items with a total value of about $1,000.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH OF HIGHRIDGE DRIVE, Janesville, at 3:07 p.m. Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Candy M. Stephenson, 42, of 2208 S. Grant Ave., Janesville, went to the side of the road to avoid an oncoming vehicle that crossed into her lane, hit gravel and tried to correct but went into the ditch. She was transported to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, but her condition was unavailable Wednesday night. She was cited for failure to maintain control.


-- MAIN STREET AT CENTERWAY, Janesville, at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Michael H. Lukas, 17, of 3809 Randolph Road, Janesville, pulled out to make a right turn and struck a bicycle ridden by Summer N. Pittman, 23, of 2022 Lincoln St., Janesville. She was transported to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, but her condition was unavailable Wednesday night. He was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- BRICE BJORNSTAD, 21, of 281 Parkside Drive, No. 111, Whitewater, at 2:52 a.m. Wednesday on South Prairie Street, Whitewater. Also cited for operating after suspension.
