-- DARRELL C. JACKSON, 21, of 902 Rockshire Drive, Janesville, at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday at the Rock County Sheriff's Office on charges of maintaining a drug-trafficking place and delivery of heroin.

-- MATTHEW A. MULLEN, 35, of 1054 Nantucket Drive, Janesville, at 1:19 a.m. Monday in the 3500 of West County M, Edgerton, on charges of substantial battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of punching another man.

-- ROBERTO R. PEREZ, 29, Jefferson, at 2:06 a.m. Thursday on North Tratt Street, Whitewater.

-- RACHEL S. ALBRIGHT, 23, of 340 N. Newcomb St., Apt. B6, Whitewater, on East North Street, Whitewater. Also ticketed for operating left of center.


-- ADAM P. BAKER, 21, W5633 Lakeshore Drive, Elkhorn, felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of using profane language, making threatening statements and damaging a door during an argument with his sister July 19 in Sugar Creek Township. He also is accused of having a grinder and marijuana pipe in his room, which police found during a search, and violating his bond for previous charges of burglary, theft and resisting an officer.

-- RICHARD P. BAUMANN, 75, of 1619 Hiawatha Drive, Delavan, fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving July 25 in Delavan Township.

-- DAVID J. VALLEY, 43, of 694 Jackson Parkway, Box 272, Williams Bay, fifth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving July 23 in Delavan Township.

-- ANTHONY R. EXAMITAS, 27, of 124 Market St., No. 203, Elkhorn, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having four glass jars of marijuana in a cupboard and several marijuana pipes, which police found during a search of his apartment June 23 in Elkhorn.

-- JOHN H. GRAJEK, 58, W4033 Highway 50, Lake Geneva, forgery, identity theft and theft in a business setting. He is accused of forging a woman's signature on the title to her truck and using it as collateral for a $4,000 loan; using the woman's check, which she had given him to purchase supplies to renovate her home, to pay back the loan; and selling the woman's car to a dealership in November in Lyons Township.

-- SHAWN W. ROSENBURG, 30, of 2916 King St., Delavan, resisting an officer causing great bodily harm to the officer and harassment of a police animal causing injury to the animal. He is accused of pulling a Walworth County Sheriff's Office canine by its legs and hitting it in the head to get it to release its bite after the dog ran him down because he had run away from a deputy during a traffic stop July 29 in Darien Township. He also is accused of resisting arrest and causing a deputy to crack a bone in his finger.

-- ADAM J. SCHINDLER, 18, W3411 McDonald Road, Lake Geneva, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and obstructing an officer. He is accused of using a stolen credit card to attempt to purchase cigarettes July 27 in Lake Geneva. He also is accused of lying to police about committing the crime.

-- KELLY L. KOWALKOWSKI, 46, Mukwonago, felony bail jumping. She is accused of driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license, a violation of her bond for a previous charge of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated.

-- ZACHARY M. MEDINA, 18, of 226 Westward Drive, Elkhorn, delivery of marijuana and two counts of delivery of cocaine. He is accused of selling marijuana and cocaine to a police informant during controlled buys April 2, April 15 and June 9 in Elkhorn.

-- CHRISTOPHER A. DAVIDSON, 35, of 608 S. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn, hit and run causing great bodily harm. He is accused of trying to pass a truck towing a trailer, striking the trailer and badly injuring his passenger but fleeing the scene of the accident May 9 in La Grange Township.

-- TIMOTHY A. NEVEL, 44, W4150 Bluff Road, East Troy, eighth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving Aug. 3 in Spring Prairie Township.

-- GABRIEL H. LUNA, 33, of 1315 Elkhorn Road, Lake Geneva, strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of threatening a man and his children, grabbing the man around his neck and pushing him against a wall during a disturbance July 24 in Lake Geneva.

-- KASHIF D. WHITE, 17, of 1029 Voss Road, Elkhorn, sexual assault of a child under 16. He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl at an Elkhorn hotel once sometime between April and May.

-- TYLER U. BENSON, 27, Milwaukee, fifth-offense operating while intoxicated. He is accused of drunken driving Aug. 5 in East Troy.
