Arrests

-- REBECCA L. DEXTER, 44, of 3416 Midvale Drive, No. 3, Janesville, at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at highways 51 and 14, Harmony Township, on a warrant charging her with failure to report to jail as well as on a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property for kicking the rear driver’s side window of the squad car after she was arrested.


-- DANIEL P. DONOGHUE, 57, of 3422 E. Thomas St., Milton, at 8:47 a.m. Friday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a fugitive complaint from the Rockford (Ill.) Police Department. He is wanted for possession of heroin.


-- RICHARD D. HANSON, 31, of 1229 Nicolet St., Janesville, at 6:45 a.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department, on a charge of substantial battery and a probation hold.


-- GARY L. TRACY, 41, Friendship, at 2 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Sharon Street, Janesville, on a charge of resisting and on warrants from Adams and Wood counties, Wisconsin Rapids and the state Department of Corrections, which included 10 counts of theft, two counts of obstructing, intoxicated driving/fifth offense and nine counts of bail jumping. Tracy was a passenger in a car that police stopped, and he allegedly ran and ‘had to be physically fought to the ground,” police reported.

-- TRAVIS W. RAMSEY, 41, of 1222 Sharon St., Janesville, at 1:53 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Sharon Street, Janesville.


-- CORNELIO CASTELLANO RUIZ, 27, of 617 Morse St., Beloit, at 4:20 a.m. Sunday on County Z east of Gustafson Road, Turtle Township. It was listed as his third offense. Also ticketed for second-offense operating after revocation, unauthorized display of registration, non-registration and a seat belt violation.


-- KYLE E. WOHLUST, 23, of 339 W. Grand Ave., No. 206, Beloit, at 2:20 a.m. Saturday at Main and Racine streets, Janesville.


-- ANGELA C. LINDER, 32, of 603 Johnson St., Clinton, at 1:28 a.m. Saturday on Highway 14 east of Van Allen Road, La Prairie Township. Also ticketed for speeding.


-- JOSHUA J. HANSON, 27, of 10101 N. Kidder Road, Edgerton, at 12:55 a.m. Sunday at Kellogg and Cleveland avenues, Janesville. It was listed as his second offense.


-- MICHAEL K. GRIFFETH, 58, of 502 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 6:24 p.m. April 3, on Highway 14 east of Fellows Road, Center Township. Also ticketed for speeding and a seat belt violation.

-- FIRING BB GUNS IN CITY LIMITS, at 2:15 p.m. Sunday in Monterey Park, Janesville. Two men were reported to be shooting BB guns at geese.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JESSE M. PAVLOCK, 18, Milwaukee, at 11:19 p.m. Sunday at 370 N. Tratt St., Whitewater.


-- HOUSMANE SEREME, 23, Wells West Hall, UW-Whitewater, at 2:45 a.m. Saturday 300 block of Prairie Street on the UW-Whitewater campus, Whitewater. Also ticketed for operating left of center.


-- TERESA S. HENZE, 53, of 582 Walton Drive, Whitewater, at 11:52 p.m. Thursday on North Tratt Street, Whitewater. Also ticketed for operating after revocation.


-- JOSE GAMINO-TORRES, 25, of 584 Elmhurst Ave., Delavan, at 2:29 a.m. Sunday at 134 S. Fourth St., Delavan. The arrest was listed as Gamino-Torres’ second intoxicated-driving offense. He also was arrested for operating after revocation and reckless driving. Gamino-Torres was driving east on Washington Street when he crossed the centerline, drove around a pine tree and a gas meter and crashed into the dental office, according to police records.

Accidents

-- AARON E. STEINMANN, 39, of Juda, lost control on a curve and was thrown from a motorcycle around at 5:45 p.m. Sunday on County KS, east of County S in Jefferson Township. He was flown to University Hospital in Madison, where he was reported in serious condition Monday night. Steinmann was cited for driving while intoxicated. It was listed as his second intoxicated-driving arrest. He was not wearing a helmet. Speed as well as alcohol were cited as contributors to the accident.
