Intoxicated driving arrests
-- RENEE C. BARLASS, 38, of 908 Caroline St., Janesville, at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday at Jackson and State streets, Janesville.
-- PATRICK W. CASEY, 47, of 2302 Hawaii Drive, Janesville, at 4:30 p.m. Friday at home on a charge of child neglect. A woman Thursday night told police a 9-year-old boy was being allowed to smoke marijuana. The boy tested positive for marijuana in his system.

-- CODY R. BURTIS, 23, of 2047 Prairie Ave., Beloit, three counts of misdemeanor retail theft, felony burglary to building or dwelling, three years probation with credit, $600 restitution, $494. Additional charges of three counts of intentional retail theft, misdemeanor theft of movable property, misdemeanor bail-jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia both dismissed but read into court record.
-- BOOKER A. MITCHELL, 24, of 209 Madison St., Janesville, felony party to possession with intent to deliver cocaine, one year in jail with credit, five years probation, $105. Charge of felony dealer possession of untaxed controlled substance dismissed but read into court record.
-- TERRI J. MASON, 43, of 803 ½ Benton Ave., Janesville, charge of manufacturing/delivering cocaine dismissed but read into court record. Additional charge of manufacturing/delivering cocaine dismissed.
-- EUGENE D. KOMES, 54, of 452 Blaine Ave., Janesville, charge of domestic strangulation and suffocation dismissed.
-- SPENCER L. PHILIPS, 23, of 109 N. Washington St., Janesville, felony party to repeat armed burglary with dangerous weapon, party to repeat misdemeanor battery by use of a dangerous weapon, repeat disorderly conduct, four counts of misdemeanor bail-jumping, six months in jail with Huber privileges with credit, five years probation, $167. Charges of felony criminal damage to property over $2,500, repeat domestic disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct all dismissed but read into court record.
