Williams Bay man accused of possessing child porn

— A Williams Bay man was charged with possession of child pornography after a search warrant executed at his home found sexually explicit images of children on a computer and storage devices, according to a news release.

According to the release from the state Department of Justice:


Ronald F. Oehm, 43, was arrested after state agents from the Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and officers from the Williams Bay Police Department searched his home at 17 Stam St., on March 25.


According to the criminal complaint, Oehm told investigators he placed a file sharing program on his computer and used the program to search for pornography.


The complaint states that Oehm also admitted to searching for pornography using terms including "PTHC," which is a term for the phrase "pre-teen hard core."


Oehm is scheduled to make his initial court appearance at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Walworth County Court.
