Purple Knights soccer finish strong against Parker
BELOIT Beloit Memorial High School defeated visiting Janesville Parker, 6-1, to put the finishing touches on winning the first Two-City Tournament Cup on Tuesday.
The Purple Knights earned 16 points, defeating Parker three times and Craig twice. Craig finished with 10 points and Parker did not earn a point.
Antonio Cruz scored Parker’s lone goal on a penalty kick in the second half.
The Vikings (0-16) play at Madison La Follette at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Any reasons why the Gazette has only covered a few games this year? No score online for Saturday's Craig games or the Craig vs East game from Thursday night. I've checked online and bought papers, but couldn't find the scores. I guess I shouldn't bother buying the paper if they can't even post the scores.
