Janesville man charged with teen sex assault
JANESVILLE A Janesville man accused of having sex with a teen girl he knew and possessing sexually explicit pictures of her faces three felony charges.
Matthew R. Trezek, 20, of 115 N. Pearl St., Janesville, was charged with sexual assault of a child under 16 and two counts of possession of child pornography.
Trezek is suspected of having sexual encounters with the girl and possessing nude photos of her on his cell phone, according to the criminal complaint.
He appeared in Rock County Court on Thursday and was ordered released on a signature bond.

This might of been awhile ago but what if this girl wanted it and approved of it? Its not sexual assault then, it might be a state law but is bs. So maybe the pictures were mutual? Like lets say if she took them and sent them to him? It isnt his fault he kept them instead of deleting them its not like he has hundreds of naked girls on his phone. All this does not make him a scumbag. Of course his gets off with a signature bond but he probably has many court dates ahead of him. So maybe the other people that have commented this should think before they say stuff.

bobb Because it says faces a felony charge of repeated sexual assault of a child... Troon is suspected of sexually assaulting the girl many times over a period of several years... Big difference for the fisrt time offender.. Still both scumbags no less.
