A tough economy is prompting some local high school seniors to ponder options for their future.
Without jobs readily available, especially for the inexperienced and untrained, many Beloit Memorial High School seniors are researching their options. School counselor Tamurial Grace-McKinley says a lack of jobs is prompting many to consider post secondary education. A big question becomes how to pay for further education. Grace-McKinley says colleges are being very generous with financial aid dollars right now.
Beloit Memorial High School is hosting a"Senior Night" Thursday starting at 6:30 p.m. to help students and their parents explore their admissions and financial aid options.
