Host parents sought for German student visitors

— Host parents are being sought for a group of German students that will visit Janesville in October.

Families must be willing to host a 17-year-old girl or boy from Thursday, Oct. 15, through Friday, Oct. 30.

The group will take day trips and travel to St. Louis and Indianapolis between Oct. 19 and Oct. 22.

tudents will visit several points of interests in the area during the rest of their stay.

The students are coming from the Eduard Spanger Gymnasium in Freudenstadt, in the middle of the Black Forest in Germany.

The group includes eight girls and four boys accompanied by their counselor HansPeter Hirsch.

The students are able to communicate in English.

Host parents will provide housing and meals, and the students should be included in regular family activities on evenings and weekends so they can gain insight into American family life.

The students come with their own spending money.
