Police investigating armed robbery

— A gunman robbed a business along Milton Avenue on Saturday.

An armed robbery was reported at 12:35 p.m. at Janesville Quick Cash, 1728 Milton Ave., according to a Janesville Police Department news release.

The robber ordered an employee to the floor, stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled, according to the news release.

No one was arrested, officials said, and the robbery remains under investigation.

Anyone with information should call the police department at 755-3100 or Janesville Area CrimeStoppers at 756-3636.
