Lakeside rolls; Williams Bay falls

Aaron Struck was a one-man wrecking crew for Lakeside Lutheran High School football team Friday night.

Struck rushed for 149 yards, scored two touchdowns and kicked two extra points in the Warriors’ 28-20 nonconference win over Cambridge.

Cambridge led 7-0 after the first quarter, but Lakeside stormed back and led 28-14 early in the fourth quarter.

Anthony Resnick finished with 100 yards rushing for Cambridge.

Williams Bay fell behind 14-0 en route to a 36-8 loss to Fall River in a Trailways Small football opener Friday night.

Dexter Oelke scored four of Fall River’s five touchdowns, including a 45-yard interception return to end the game.

Richard Gluth caught a 41-yard pass from Colin Olberg in the fourth quarter for Williams Bay’s lone touchdown.
