-- ANTHONY J. SWANSON, 18, of 14106 W. Northridge Drive, Evansville, at the Evansville Police Department on Saturday, Aug. 29, on charges of burglary and criminal trespass to dwelling in connection with a burglary on Aug. 23 in the 500 block of Spencer Drive, Evansville.

-- BURGLARY reported at 3 a.m. Monday to a home in the 1500 block of East Road Five Street, Edgerton. Reported stolen was $115 in cash from a purse.

-- TREZ A. DELANEY, 32, of 225 Milton Ave., No. 6, Janesville, charged with failure to report to jail after not turning himself in to the Rock County Jail on Aug. 4 for his sentence on an obstructing an officer conviction.


-- RICHARD C. CHAMPION, 27, of 700 Swallow Lane, Janesville, charged with issuance of a worthless check after writing an $8,600 check Aug. 5 in Janesville. He is accused of writing the check to buy a vehicle.


-- COSMO J. SMITH, 26, of 2006 Linden Ave., Janesville, charged with attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer stemming from an Aug. 2 incident in Janesville. Smith is accused of running from a police officer after a traffic stop.


-- JAMIE B. BEGGS, 25, of 11104 W. Mineral Point Road, Janesville, charged with felony battery stemming from a fight Saturday in Center Township.


-- DAVID L. KLINE, 42, Beloit, charged with third-offense drunken driving, attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of misdemeanor battery, dog napping or cat napping, criminal trespass, two counts of criminal damage to property, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at public safety workers, resisting an officer, two counts of obstructing an officer, attempt to operate a motor vehicle without owner's consent and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident in Beloit Township on Sunday. Kline is accused of hitting people, stealing a dog, fleeing from police in a vehicle while intoxicated, crashing the vehicle, running away, resisting arrest, attempting to drive an officer's vehicle and spitting on an officer.

-- JOHN WESLEY BLEVINS, 31, of 248 S. Esterly St., Whitewater, on Tuesday on East Milwaukee Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for knowingly fleeing an officer.


-- MELISSA A. SCHULTZ, 21, Fort Atkinson, on Monday in the 200 block of West Main Street, Whitewater.


-- JOHN K. HINES JR., 24, Milwaukee, on Sunday in the 300 block of South Second Street, whitewater. He also was cited for failure of a required vehicle to stop at railroad crossing and operating after revocation.


-- ROGELIO MENDOZA ORTIZ, 26, of 755 N. Tratt St., Whitewater, on Sunday on North Tratt Street, Whitewater.

-- ELIZABETH GARCIA-ORGEL, 43, Waukegan, Ill., at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 3, on Wrigley Drive, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for operating without a driver's license, non-registration of a motor vehicle and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
