Assembly Speaker announces economic task force

Assembly Speaker Mike Sheridan of Janesville says the Partnership for a Stronger Economy is a diverse group of business and workforce leaders, who are at the front lines of job creation and economic development in Wisconsin.

The group is intended to conduct a meaningful, long-term dialogue between the people who create jobs, train and retrain workers, and educate the future workforce.

The input gathered could be used in legislation introduced as early as next year.
