H1N1 Flu vaccine shortage prompts school clinic cancellation

WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on Rock County Health Department's decision to cancel school based H1N1 Flu vaccination clinics
The Rock County Health Department has cancelled the H1N1 vaccination clinics scheduled for the Clinton and Beloit-Turner School District's this week.
Health Officer Karen Cain says too little vaccine is available, so a new central distribution site has been selected. Cain also says only residents meeting a specific criteria will be immunized. They include healthy 2 to 4 year olds, healthy persons age 5 through 48 who live with or care for an infant under age 6 months, or health care and emergency medical servies personnel under the age of 49.
The mass vaccination clinic is set for October 27th and 28th from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Rock County Job Center located at 1900 Center Avenue in Janesville.
