Rock County

-- GARY O. C. WILLIAMS, 19, no fixed address, at 2:50 p.m. Monday in the 4400 block of Tanglewood Drive, Janesville, on a charge of substantial battery. He is accused of punching a man several times.

-- GERRY L. JAKUBOWSKI, 52, of 323 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday at Center Avenue and Van Buren Street, on charges of physical abuse of a child and battery as a domestic violence incident.


-- BURGLARY reported at 7:54 a.m. Monday to storage units at Park Place Mini Storage, 3033 E. McCormick Drive, Janesville. Items such as tools and machinery were stolen from storage units.

-- BURGLARY reported at 5:17 p.m. Monday to a garage in the 7000 block of East Bingham Road, Milton. Reported stolen were electronics and jewelry with an unknown value.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- AMANDA K. BAILEY, 32, of 1635 S. Crosby Ave., Janesville, at 12:27 a.m. Sunday at Beloit-Rock Townline Road east of Walters Road, Rock Township. It was reportedly her second offense. Also ticketed for open intoxicants and unsafe lane deviation.

-- JULIE A. STUDINSKI, 22, of 11629 N. Circle Drive, Milton, at 4:41 a.m. Sunday at Highway 59 south of Charley Bluff Road, Milton Township.

Green County

-- 2500 BLOCK WEST 5TH AVENUE, Brodhead, at 10:08 p.m. Friday. Sarah Pfluger, 17, Brodhead, was driving on the high school access road when Alexander Guevara, 16, Belleville, jumped onto the hood of the vehicle. When Pfluger hit the brakes, Guevara fell off. He was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Pfluger was cited for operating a motor vehicle with an illegal passenger and Guevara was cited for riding illegally on a vehicle.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MARTIN R. JIMENEZ, 23, of 244 S. Prairie St., Whitewater, on Saturday in the 200 block of West Main Street, Whitewater.

-- JESSICA C. CZARNECKI, 24, Los Angeles, at 1:49 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Main Street, Lake Geneva. Also ticketed for making unlawful U-turn and operating without a valid license.
