-- AMBER L. VIOLET, 22, Beloit, at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Rock County Courthouse on a bench warrant charging her with failing to appear in court on a previous charge of battery to an emergency medical care provider.


-- DAMION A. MCKNIGHT, 21, no fixed address, at 2:30 a.m. Thursday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of burglary.


-- ANDREW J. SCHOONOVER, 20, of 725 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday at home on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and theft by deception.


-- DANIEL T. BENTLEY, 17, of 1411 Manor Drive, Janesville, at 6 p.m. Tuesday at home on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and theft by deception.


-- A 12-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of sexual assault of a child.

-- HEIDI M. VAN WIE, 30, of 2212 W. Glenmoor Lane, Janesville, at 12:14 p.m. Monday at Highway 14 and Union Road, Union Township. Also ticketed for seat belt violation.


Accidents

-- MINERAL POINT AVENUE AND SUNSET DRIVE, Janesville, at 3:34 p.m. Wednesday, a car driven by Bradley J. Ciepley, 18, of 3001 S. River Road, Janesville, collided in the intersection with a pickup truck driven by John M. Lantta, 63, of 302 Beech Wood Drive, Janesville. Ciepley remained in University Hospital, Madison, on Thursday in fair condition.


-- 7000 BLOCK OF NORTH WILLIAMS ROAD, Fulton Township, at 7:06 p.m. Monday, a car driven by George R. Hermanson, 25, of 315 Forest Park Blvd., Janesville, went off the road and struck a tree. Hermanson and his passenger, Samantha J. Mades, 21, of 304 Madison St., lower, Janesville, were transported to a local hospital, but their conditions were unknown Thursday.

-- BURGLARY reported at 8:21 p.m. Wednesday to a home in the 200 block of South Randall Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen was a laptop computer valued at $600.


-- BURGLARY, reported at 1:21 a.m. Tuesday to an apartment in the 700 block of Kellogg Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen were money, video games and movies with a total value of about $1,700.
