-- TRACY A. BUTLER, 37, of 2849 Honeycreek Road, East Troy, at 12:45 a.m. Thursday at Jackson and Milwaukee streets, Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of marijuana.


-- EDWARD A. STRZYZYKOWSKI, 48, of 1731 S. Crosby St., Janesville, at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday at his home on charges of burglary and retail theft.


-- A 10-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY was referred to authorities at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of substantial battery after a fight with his older sister.

Accidents

-- IN THE 2400 BLOCK OF WEST STATE STREET, Janesville, at 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Joyce E. Mageland, 69, of 2420 W. State St., Janesville, ran into a garage door. Mageland remained in fair condition Thursday in Mercy Hospital, Janesville.


-- MEMORIAL DRIVE AND RANDALL AVENUE, Janesville, at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday, a car driven by Vera J. McGranahan, 89, of 2103 Cargill Court, Janesville, collided in the intersection with a sport utility vehicle driven by Andrew S. Churchwell, 26, of 1912 Purvis Ave., Janesville, and a pickup truck driven by Francis J. Sheskey, 78, of 5501 N. County F, Janesville. McGranahan remained in good condition Thursday in Mercy Hospital. Churchwell was treated and released from Mercy Hospital.

-- STOLEN VEHICLE reported at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Manor Drive, Janesville. Reported stolen was a 1996 Dodge Neon.


-- ATTEMPTED BURGLARY reported at 8 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of South Division Street, Janesville. A window was reported broken.
