Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SHANE A. CLARK, 30, of 401 Mineral Point Court, Janesville, at 2:13 a.m. Wednesday at Rock and River streets, Janesville. It was reportedly his second offense. Also ticketed for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
-- TYLER J. WRIGHT, 19, Beloit, at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Highway 51 north of Enterprise Drive, Rock Township. Also ticketed for operating while suspended and inattentive driving.
-- JON S. FOREMAN JR., 43, of 2610 Rutledge Ave., Janesville, at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday at 3500 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville.
Arrests
-- KRISTEN M. HELLING, 28, of 1426 N. Randall Ave., No. 6, Janesville, JESSICA J. TWING, 18, of 1312 Tyler St., Janesville. Helling was arrested at 9:40 a.m. Thursday at home for being party to the crime of burglary. Twing was arrested at 11:20 a.m. Thursday at 846 Kellogg Ave., Janesville, on charges of burglary and theft. The two arrests were the result of an incident that took place on Sept. 23 at a home in the 400 block of Milton Avenue, Janesville.

-- BURGLARY reported at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday to a home in the 6200 block of South Highway 51, Janesville. Reported stolen were watches and jewelry.
-- BURGLARY reported Wednesday in the 400 block of Waveland Road, Janesville. Reported stolen were three laptops, a gaming system, four cameras, $600, prescription medication, jewelry and a wallet.
Accidents
-- CENTER AVENUE SOUTH OF JOLIET STREET, JANESVILLE, At 4:46 p.m. Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Katie G. M. Wessls, 20, of 6909 N. County M, No. 7, Evansville, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Allison M. McCarthy, 20, of 3502 Hemmingway Drive, Janesville. McCarthy was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
