Arrests

-- ADAM L. CASIQUE, 20, of N5842 County P, Delavan, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Rock County Jail, Janesville, on a bench warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a previous charge of felony bail jumping and retail theft.


-- LATASHA M. PERRY, 30, of 1305 Harvey Ave., Beloit, at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday at the Rock County Jail, Janesville, on a charge of party to the crime of burglary.


-- A 12-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday at Marshall Middle School, 25 S. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of bomb threat. The charges related to an incident earlier in the day.

-- SUBSTANTIAL BATTERY reported at 6:14 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Wolcott Street, Janesville. Reported as a domestic disturbance.


-- FORGERY reported at 5:39 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Woodlane Drive, Janesville.


-- BURGLARY, reported at Sunday 4:55 p.m. in the 4800 block of East Howorth Drive, Janesville. Reported taken were tools valued at $175, prescription sunglasses valued at $300 and a radio valued at $15.


Accidents

-- COURT STREET AND OAKHILL AVENUE, Janesville, at 7:52 a.m. Monday. A pickup truck driven by James F. Pennycook, 57, of 425 Longwood Drive, Janesville, and a car driven by Alois A. Garecht, 82, of 1123 Mitchell St., Janesville, collided in the intersection. Garecht remained in good condition Tuesday at Mercy Hospital, Janesville.


Fires

-- 300 E. RACINE ST., Janesville, at 8:36 p.m. Monday. An electric water heater malfunctioned, causing a small amount of smoke. The only damage reported was to the water heater.
